refunds & exchanges
I take great pride in every Mending Space creation and publication. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to accept your return within 14 days of purchase. A refund will be credited back to your payment method when the item is received in the same condition in which it was shipped.
Replacements or refunds will be offered if an item made by The Mending Space is inherently defective. Additionally, items that may have been damaged en route through the post will also be replaced or refunded.
Please contact me within 3 days of receipt if you suspect a defect with your item. Even if you are not sure that you need or want a replacement or refund, please contact me so we can discuss the possible issue and all our options together.

SHIPPING
For US domestic orders, I will use USPS first class and priority services with tracking confirmation unless we have made other arrangements. You will receive an automatic notification with tracking details delivered to the email address you have provided when your order ships.
For international orders, I will ship items via USPS international first class mail in order to keep your costs low. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and customs fees.
